The Account Screen
The account screen represents a bank account that has been linked with Quo Money. Each account is automatically created when a bank account is added via Open Banking.
- Set realistic balance indicators to provide that "at a glance" view in the Calendar.
- Make your most active account the default account. Most often, this is a current account. However, for some, this may be their credit card.
How to change the account name
To change the default name, change the name and click save
The default account is the account which will be shown when you open Quo Money. The default account is typically the most active.
Changing the default Account
If you want to change the default account, open the account you would like to become the default account and toggle the switch shown in yellow and click save.
The balance represents the last balance retrieved from the connected bank. The balance does not represent available funds and will not include pending transactions.
Healthy and Unhealthy balances
Health bars provide a quick overview of how your finances are performing, based on the health levels set for the account.
Health bars reflect the healthy and unhealthy limits which are set for each account. Balances above the healthy limit are shown in Green and unhealthy in Red, anything in between is Blue.
In this example, the health bars are highlighted in yellow. For this account, the healthy balance is £1000, and the unhealthy balance is £500.
You can modify the health bars by changing the values as shown below:
When you add a bank account to Quo Money, you are providing consent for Quo Money to access your data for 90 days. After 90 days, you have to renew the consent if you want to continue to use Quo Money.
You can remove consent at any stage, which removes the ability for Quo Money to access your data.
The Manage Consent link takes you to the screen where you can view and modify existing consents.
